The Scope of Services includes, but is not limited to, the following services related to the development of new performance requirements, specifications, guidelines and construction packages:
Performance Assessments, Industry Research & Requirements Gathering, Condition Assessments, Design Phase Services to 100% PS&E for up to 100 rider facilities’ PA and realtime digital information systems.
