Scope of Work:

This project will provide replacement roofs at six (6) MBTA facilities. Projects will replace roofing in its entirety. Work will include repairs of the structural decking beneath, protection/walkway pads at perimeter of all rooftop mechanical equipment, and addition of fall protection systems and ladders. Additionally, access hatches, scuppers and skylights will be repaired or replaced.
