Scope of Work:
The Work to be performed under this Contract consists of functional replacement of the existing track, signal, communications and power facilities that are presently part of the MBTA Red Line Columbia Junction Interlocking and adjacent locations. The Work shall be performed without any impacts to the Red Line revenue service except during approved service diversions. All Work required under this Contract shall be performed by and shall be the full responsibility of the Contractor. All Work shall be performed as described in these Specifications, shown on the Contract Drawings and in accordance with approved Project submittals.
