Scope of Work:
The Work includes improvements to the MBTA Everett Repair Facility. Work to be performed: New 12” connection to the existing main water line on Broadway. New 10” water line to the Central Storage Buildings. Central Stores Building shall receive a new sprinkler system throughout. A new fire pump is installed in the Central Stores. A new fire protection system installed on the 2nd floor of the Administration building. Work in the Main Repair Building consists of a replacement of sprinkler heads and new sprinklers in unsprinklered areas, including the Diesel Generator Room.
