Scope of Work:
The project consists of converting existing areas of the Bus Overhaul Shop Building in the Everett Maintenance Facility into tire and battery repair shops. The work will include demolition of existing features and replacement with new features as required, as well as furnishing and installing equipment to provide power, lighting, fire protection and ventilation for these two new rooms. The work also includes the relocation of existing equipment at the MBTA’s Water Street Facility in Cambridge to the Everett Maintenance Facility.
