Scope of Work:

Work consists of the construction of a building for the occupancy and use of the MBTA staff at the Arborway Bus Maintenance Facility located at Washington Street and Arborway in Boston, near Forest Hills station. The building will be constructed immediately adjacent to the existing mobile trailers now in use. The building will be approximately 36 ft x 73 ft. Site work from excavation, pavement restoration, utility connections, and removal/demolition of the existing (triple-wide) crew quarters is also included in this contract. The utilities include water, sewer, gas and a new electrical service connection.
