Scope of Work:

The work consists of upgrades of the MBTA Data Center and Fire Command Center at 45 High Street in Boston, Massachusetts includes demolition and new work related to architectural, HVAC, fire protection, electrical, structural and telecommunications elements. The areas of work are located in the basement, sub-basement, first floor, fourth floor, and roof.
