Scope of Work:

The work consists of the construction of two new headhouses, one with a two-stop BCIL elevator and the second containing a transit rated escalator and stairs. Both headhouses will be of curtainwall on stone veneer concrete base plinth with flat roofs and both will be equipped with a demountable flood control panel sytsem outside the door thresholds. Both headhouses will provide access from the sidewalk level to the existing Courthouse Station concourse. There is electrical and mechanical work to tie in to the existing Station infrastructure. After the headhouses are granted TCO’s the last phase will be to demolish the existing emergency egress stair and exterior headhouse enclosure.
