Scope of Work

The space is approximately 6,000 SF and located within the basement of the concourse area. The space will serve train operators (40-60 employees) before and after shifts with quiet areas, bathroom facilities, common kitchen, and office areas. The program is to include space for Terminal Operations for employee check-in/out. The existing space is a below grade “shell” space with concrete, steel and CMU construction. Existing utilities and structure (to remain) are exposed in the space. The scope of work includes interfacing with existing structure and systems, including extending or adding MEP/FP systems as required.
