Scope of Work

The Work consists of waterproofing and waterproofing repairs, replacement of sump pumps, replacement of mechanical systems and duct work, replacement of electrical equipment and installation of new conduits, installation of an access door and sump pump in the air intake structure, drain line cleaning, and replacement of damaged architectural features.
